My purpose is to help you live your best life, right now, today. I am committed to helping people, one at a time, or in groups, to find clarity, joy, and happiness. I do not spend time getting people to shift out of old behaviors/patterns, but rather concentrate on creating new ones that will create over-all wellness and empowerment. I believe the foundation pieces to wellness and empowerment are based in the body, the mind, and the spirit. Supporting these parts of ourselves includes self-love, daily exercise, clean food, daily meditation, and self-acceptance. I believe with understanding and support people can live their best life each and every day.
What I do is very different from consulting, therapy, or counseling. I will help you address specific challenges by examining what is going on right now in your personal life, relationships or profession, and together we will discover what your obstacles or challenges might be. We will choose a plan of action to make your life be what you want it to be.
